Executive team

Yi-Jie Tsai

Founder and President

As the founder of the organization, Yi-Jie (Betty) grew up playing canoe polo in Taiwan. Playing golf was her bridge of communication with new friends and teammates when she first moved to the States. In the two months of teaching at a low-income area summer program, Yi-Jie began to notice the lack of sport equipment. She started this organization hoping to raise funds and sharing her passion for sports with other students. In the past two years, she oversaw the implementation of volunteer work and the funding process.
